ORDER PROCEDURE

Have you placed an order with Retro & Design?

Below you will find the steps that follow after placing your order.

  1. Order Placement
    Once you have placed your order, you will immediately receive an order confirmation via email. This confirms that we have received your order.
     
  2. Payment
    After receiving your payment, you will receive a confirmation email. This email will include an attachment with an invoice (PDF) indicating that your order has been paid.
     
  3. Stock Confirmation
    We will check the availability of your order. If a product is out of stock or if there are any delays, we will inform you immediately.
     
  4. Order Preparation
    We will begin preparing your order. Depending on the size and fragility of the products, this process may take 1 to 2 days. Small orders are usually shipped the same day, depending on the time your order was placed and the time zone you're in.
     
  5. Packaging
    Your products will be carefully packaged to prevent damage during shipping.
    We believe in recycling. This means that your ordered products are often packed in boxes that have been used before. This helps us keep costs low and contributes to a cleaner environment. Together with you, we help reduce waste and work toward a better world.
     
  6. Shipping
    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the name of the carrier you selected and the associated track & trace code. If you choose delivery to a pick-up point, we will also include the name and address of the selected location.
     
  7. Pick-up Point
    The nearest pick-up point is automatically selected by our system. If you prefer a specific pick-up point, please indicate this in the "Comments" field during the ordering process.
     
  8. Shipping Costs
    We aim to keep shipping costs for parcel delivery as low as possible. Therefore, we offer different shipping options with various carriers at competitive rates. The associated shipping costs will be displayed directly and transparently, so there are no unexpected surprises.
     
  9. Return Information
    You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days, without giving any reason. If you would like to return an item, please refer to our return policy for more information on the process.
