About Blooker's Cacao:
Founded in Amsterdam in 1824, Blooker's Cacao was a prominent player in the cocoa industry until 1962. Over the years, the company went by several names, including the Zeeuwse Chocoladefabriek and later Internationale Cacao-Fabrieken. Blooker was particularly well-known for its slogan "Half elf Blookertijd" ("Half past ten is Blooker time"), which became iconic in its advertising campaigns.

In 1962, the company ceased operations due to a lack of successors and was acquired by Bensdorp, another Amsterdam-based cocoa factory. The Blooker brand eventually returned to Dutch ownership, with Rademaker BV now responsible for producing Blooker Daalders cacao.

Summary:
This tin is not just a functional relic of the past but also a piece of the rich history of the Blooker brand. It is perfect for enthusiasts of vintage cacao tins and collectors of items that evoke a bygone era. With its historical significance and well-preserved condition, this piece is a valuable addition to any collection.
