In 1936, together with the Dordrechtsche Metaalwarenfabriek v/h Wed. J. Bekkers & Zoon, established a subsidiary, NV De Vereenigde Automatenfabrieken V.A.F. in Amsterdam. After the war, a large interest was only acquired in the Electro Blikfabriek in Leeuwarden in 1949, and in 1953 the Mij was formed together with this company. was founded in Doesburg to manufacture 'Ducat' heating and cooking appliances.
