Description
Script-o-gram is a letter game. In which you have to form words with 13 letter dice, which must meet certain requirements. At the beginning of each turn, the game master rolls the 13 dice. The players then have to make a word with the letters facing up as quickly as possible.

The tension is further increased when a limit is set on the playing time by means of the hourglass.

The brand originally belonged to the game publishers and manufacturers Hausemann & Hötte. Engelbert Hausemann, a German travelling salesman, founded a business in Amsterdam on January 1, 1853, an 'Agentuur en Commission Case in Kramerijen', comparable to a Sinkel shop. The business prospered, the initial accommodation on Damrak was exchanged for Nieuwezijds Achterburgwal and finally for Oudeschans 72 (residential house) and Kromboomssloot, which served as an office and warehouse at the rear.

In 1860, Wilhelm Hötte (1843), the son of Engelbert Hausemann's sister, joined the ranks as an employee. In 1873 he founded his own company. On December 27, 1882, Hausemann & Hötte decided to work together as the firm Hausemann & Hötte. This collaboration lasted five years, Engelbert Hausemann retired on December 31, 1887 at an advanced age. The company was dissolved and it was agreed that Wilhelm Hötte would continue the company under the existing company name.
