Description
This award-winning biscuit tin is truly beautiful. Featuring some of Wordsworth’s golden host of daffodils, against a moody Constable sky, it is set within a stunning pewter effect Art Nouveau frame. Once again, the intricate silver embossing is second to none, making this tin a delight to the senses – it’s the epitome of British springtime all year round. Whether it’s a treat for yourself or a thoughtful gift, this embossed biscuit tin always makes a lovely purchase.
Churchill’s Confectionery is perhaps best known for its delightful souvenir tins, many of which feature London at its most recognisable, but the team has worked hard to expand the company’s product range over recent years to include the fabulous Art Deco collection and Victorian Fun Fair theme.
Churchill’s Confectionery was founded in 1989, when they started a family business producing beautifully illustrated and handcrafted tins of confectionery, turning packaging into ‘art’. They continue to put the same passion and care into their confectionery products to this day, which is why Churchill’s Confectionery is still the number 1 name in tinned confectionery giftware.

Art Nouveau is an international style of art, architecture and applied art, especially the decorative arts. It was most popular between 1890 and 1910. A reaction to the academic art of the 19th century, it was inspired by natural forms and structures, particularly the curved lines of plants and flowers.
English uses the French name Art Nouveau (new art). The style is related to, but not identical with, styles that emerged in many countries in Europe at about the same time: in Germany it is known as Jugendstil, Art Nouveau or Reformstil.
Art Nouveau is a total art style: It embraces a wide range of fine and decorative arts, including architecture, painting, graphic art, interior design, jewelry, furniture, textiles, ceramics, glass art, and metal work.
By 1910, Art Nouveau's influence had faded. It was replaced as the dominant European architectural and decorative style first by Art Deco and then by Modernism.
Each year, since 2013, the World Art Nouveau Day is celebrated.
Narcissus is a genus of predominantly spring perennial plants of the Amaryllidaceae (amaryllis) family. Various common names including daffodil, daffadowndilly, narcissus and jonquil are used to describe all or some members of the genus. Narcissus has conspicuous flowers with six petal-like tepals surmounted by a cup- or trumpet-shaped corona. The flowers are generally white or yellow (also orange or pink in garden varieties), with either uniform or contrasting coloured tepals and corona.
